Bright, minimalist space
Bold design features
Working with the brilliant team at Stanza I.D., we extended the property to the rear and into the side return to create a large open plan kitchen and living area.

Full height sliding glass doors into the rear garden and two roof lights flood the space with light.
Functional can also be
beautiful

The internal space was partitioned to create separate functional areas including a utility and plant room along with a separate cloakroom and downstairs WC.
Unused space in the first floor bedroom was used to far greater effect to create a large family bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath.
The stylish white suite and decor with simple chrome fittings provide the ideal backdrop to the dramatic green statement floor tiles.

The fireplace was restored in the lounge and the room redecorated in natural tones to accentuate the beautiful antique and stylish contemporary furniture, giving the space a warm, inviting and cosy feel.

Custom joinery included cloakroom and vanity storage and this beautiful solid surface and sapele wood dining table.
Traditional features were enhanced using the addition of an eclectic blend of internal finishes throughout including Metropolis metro stone resin flooring, herringbone tile and bespoke paint.
